Landify

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

Landify ("we", "us") is a tool for real estate marketers in Egypt to build landing pages, capture leads and measure advertising. This policy explains what data Landify collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Contact: ahmedzaher20222@gmail.com.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data — your name, email address and a hashed password when you create an account.
  • Project and page content — project facts, images, documents and landing page content you add.
  • Leads — when a visitor submits a form on a landing page you publish: name, phone number, optional email and answers, the consent text they accepted, and attribution (UTM tags, ad click identifiers such as gclid). IP addresses are stored only as a salted hash for spam protection.
  • Analytics — page views and clicks on published pages, counted with a first-party visitor identifier.
  • Google Ads data — only if you connect a Google Ads account (see section 3).

2. How we use data

  • To provide the service: generate and publish pages, deliver leads to you, and show your analytics.
  • To send the conversion events you configure (for example Meta, Google, TikTok) after the visitor's consent where consent is required.
  • To keep the service secure and prevent spam and abuse.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising of our own.

3. Google user data (Google Ads API)

When a workspace admin chooses Connect Google Ads, Landify asks Google for permission to access Google Ads data (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) for the accounts that Google user can already manage. Landify uses this access only to:

  • list the Google Ads accounts you can choose from;
  • read campaign, keyword and search-term performance (cost, clicks, impressions, conversions) to show it next to your Landify leads;
  • show keyword ideas and forecasts from Keyword Planner when you search for keywords;
  • upload offline conversions for leads you mark as qualified or sold (with the click identifier and, if you enable it, the lead's phone and email hashed with SHA-256);
  • create conversion actions and Search campaigns that you explicitly ask it to create — campaigns are always created paused.

Landify never changes budgets, never enables campaigns, and never accesses Google Ads accounts you did not select. Google data is shown only to members of your Landify workspace and is not shared with third parties or used to train AI models.

Landify's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The Google OAuth refresh token is encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and stored on our servers. You can disconnect at any time from Google Ads → Connection & conversions → Disconnect, which deletes the token and revokes the access at Google; you can also remove access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that run Landify for us (hosting and database providers, and, if enabled by you, email, WhatsApp and AI providers), and with the advertising platforms you connect, as instructed by you. We may disclose data if required by law.

5. Retention and deletion

Data is kept while your workspace is active. You can delete leads, pages, projects and integrations at any time. To delete your account and workspace data, email ahmedzaher20222@gmail.com and we will delete it within 30 days.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Secrets such as integration tokens are encrypted at rest, and access to each workspace is limited to its members and their roles.

7. Changes

We will update this page when the policy changes and change the date above.
